1. Order Processing Times

All orders are roasted, packed, and shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Seasonal or high‑volume periods may extend processing times

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight of items

  • Selected shipping method

We currently offer:

  • Standard Flat Rate (USPS) —— $4.50 + $1.50 for each additional item

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Crazy Mike Reserve LLC is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Look for delivery notices

  • Contact the carrier directly

Crazy Mike Reserve LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may request reshipment

  • Additional shipping fees will apply

We cannot refund shipping costs for orders returned due to address errors.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Description of the issue

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.

For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

  • Duties

  • Delays caused by customs processing
